The first digital intermediate abutment
for digital one abutment one time protocols
A prime example of how less can be more.
The iCervico system exemplifies the principle that simplicity can lead to superior results. With fewer components, the system reduces complexity and enhances efficiency in dental implant procedures. Its streamlined design minimizes the need for multiple adjustments, saving valuable time for both clinicians and patients. The innovative i-base and customizable healers ensure a precise fit, eliminating unnecessary steps. By focusing on essential elements, iCervico delivers exceptional outcomes with minimal effort.

i-base
The i-base is an innovative component specifically designed to enhance the restoration of conical connection implants. Acting as a single digital abutment for all treatment stages, the i-base simplifies the restoration process significantly. Its superior design ensures excellent aesthetics and effective prosthesis retention, making it suitable for both single and multiple unit prostheses. The i-base allows for direct scanning during both surgical and prosthetic phases, eliminating the need for additional scan posts and streamlining the workflow.
One of its key benefits is minimizing unnecessary transgingival component disconnections, which reduces the risk of tissue recession and simplifies the evaluation of prosthetic component fit throughout all restorative stages. The i-base features a quad-surface geometry with a 10° bevel and a 15° emergence angle, available in various cuff heights to meet different clinical needs. Its chimney-free design reduces the risk of bacterial infiltration, ensuring a cleaner and more secure fit.
With a larger surface area compared to traditional external hex implants, the i-base enhances prosthesis stability by eliminating micro-gaps and mobility. This leads to favorable responses from both soft and hard tissues, making the i-base an essential component for achieving successful and reliable restoration of conical connection implants.
iCervico Healers
Sizes and Shapes: Available in small, medium, and large sizes, with centered and offset options suitable for different teeth types including anteriors, premolars, lower molars, and upper molars.
Rotation and Customization: The healers can be oriented ideally on the i-base independent of the implant prosthetic connection/interface orientation, allowing for free rotation and customization without affecting the digital protocol.
AR/R - Sleeve
iCervico sleeves come in two main types: AR-sleeve (anti-rotational) and R-sleeve (rotational). These sleeves provide precise and stable fit onto the i-base, ensuring accurate positioning for both single and multiple unit prostheses. The AR-sleeve can also be used as a scan post, enhancing its versatility in both analog and digital workflows.
Retention screw
The iCervico retention screw, made from high-strength Ti6Al4V alloy, offers a secure fit with a torque capacity of 30 N/cm. Its innovative design allows for angle correction up to 30 degrees in a 360-degree direction, enhancing flexibility during prosthesis placement. Compatible with both single and multiple unit prostheses, it ensures precise and stable connections.
True 1 abutment - 1 time concept.

Install the i-base onto the implant
The i-base is installed once at time of implant placement or uncovery and doesn’t have to be uninstalled ever again, enabling true 1-abutment 1-time protocols.

Install the iCervico healer
Install the iCervico healer onto the i-base and orient it freely. The iCervico healer can be oriented ideally on the i-base independent of the implant prosthetic connection/interface orientation, without affecting the digital protocol.

Prosthesis delivery
Install the screw-retained
prosthesis on the i-base by applying 30 N/cm of torque. The quad-surface qeometry with 10° bevel ensures superior fit of prosthesis, eliminating the marginal micro-gap and prosthesis mobility
